1. Bookings
You may book through this website or by contacting staff. A booking is confirmed when we confirm availability and payment is completed. Identification details are required.
2. Changes
Date or guest changes are subject to availability. If the new stay costs more, the difference is payable. Unused nights are not refunded automatically.
3. Cancellations
- Long stays (29 days–11 months): full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in; otherwise non-refundable.
- Short stays (1–28 days): full refund if cancelled at least 10 days before check-in; otherwise non-refundable.
No-shows are charged. Subsequent nights of a multi-day reservation may be cancelled without compensation after a no-show.
4. Payments
Charges are generally payable in advance by credit/debit card via Piraeus Bank (Visa, Mastercard, American Express as enabled by the bank). Cash is not accepted. City tax, if applicable, may be extra. Refunds, when due, are returned to the original payment method.
