These Booking Terms apply to rental agreements with Gargaretta Suites Wildflower.
Check-in / check-out: check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Lost keys incur a fee.
House rules: no reselling or subletting; photo ID at check-in; no smoking indoors (minimum €250 charge); no parties (minimum €250 charge); pets are not permitted except service animals; guests must not disturb others and are liable for damage or extra cleaning.
Liability: Gargaretta Suites is liable only for damages resulting from its own actions or negligence. Guests are responsible for their belongings.
Greek law applies. Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
